What is AULA?
AULA generates practical travel phrases based on the country you're visiting and your situation — restaurant, hotel, emergencies, shopping, and more.
Swipe through cards to review phrases, save your favorites, and load new batches tailored to your feedback. Each phrase includes a phonetic pronunciation and translation to your preferred language.
How do credits work?
Every time you generate a new batch of 12 phrases, one credit is used. You start with 10 free credits when you install the app. When you run out, you can purchase more from the Settings tab.
What credit packs are available?
Two packs are available for purchase:
• 20 Credits — for occasional use
• 100 Credits — best value for frequent travelers
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This will restore any credit packs you have previously bought using the same Apple ID. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used during the original purchase.
My purchase went through but I didn't get credits.
First, tap Restore Purchases in Settings. If credits still haven't appeared, contact us at romeoskus@gmail.com with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date. We will resolve it promptly.
How do I save phrases?
On the Phrases screen, swipe up or tap Like to save a phrase to your Saved list. You can view all saved phrases in the Saved tab. You can also tap the bookmark icon on any phrase card.
What languages does AULA support for translation?
You can choose any translation language in Settings → Translation Language. Hundreds of languages are supported. Phrases are always shown in the local script of the destination country.
Can I customize the situations shown on the Home screen?
Yes. Go to Settings → Quick Labels on Home to rename, add, or remove the situation labels (e.g., Restaurant, Hotel, Emergency). You can also reset them to the defaults at any time.
The phrases don't match what I expected.
Phrases are generated by AI and adapted to context. Swipe left (Pass) on phrases that aren't relevant — future batches use your swipe history to improve suggestions. If you see something clearly wrong, let us know.
Does AULA work offline?
Generating new phrases requires an internet connection. However, phrases you have already loaded in the current session can still be viewed while offline. Saved favorites are stored locally and always accessible.
How do I delete my data?
AULA stores your saved phrases and settings locally on your device. To remove all data, simply delete the app from your iPhone. We do not store personal data on external servers. For any additional data requests, contact us at romeoskus@gmail.com.
I have a free credits code. Where do I enter it?
Go to Settings, scroll to the Free Credits Code section at the bottom, enter your code, and tap Redeem Free Credits.
