• The app may use credits for phrase generation.
• Credits may be granted or purchased through in-app purchases.
• Purchased credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
• Pricing/packages/promotions may change.
• Subscription billing and cancellations are managed by Apple/Google terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
• No reverse engineering or service disruption attempts.
• No scraping/automation to bypass limits.
• No submission of sensitive data without permission.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated phrases may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and related content are owned by AULA.

7. Third-Party Services

Availability and behavior may depend on third-party services (app stores, AI APIs, payment providers).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or Terms violations.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AULA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
